Soya is a high protien food. Soya contains all the amino acids needed by the body. Soya helps in the strong growth of bones and teeth in the children.
The dish can be prepared as a hot hot snack item ....
Ingredients -
Soya mealmaker granules - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 4
Boiled potato - 1
Besan flour - required
Baking Soda - a pinch
Red chilli powder - little
salt - little
Prepare the mixture -
Soak the Soya mealmaker in water for about 15 mins. After that cut each piece into fine granules.
In a bowl, mix besan flour, a pinch of baking soda, salt, water and make it a smooth paste.
In another bowl, take the Soya meal maker granules, and add finely chopped green chillies, boiled and mashed
potato, little amount of red chilli powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Make small balls of this mixture. Dip each ball in the besan paste and deep fry it.
Now Its ready to take a bite .....
