This dish can be taken as a snack or can be served with rice.
Ingredients -
Bendi - 1/4 kg
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
salt - required
Besan Flour - 2 tsps
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Water to sprinkle
In a bowl add all the ingredients and sprinkle little of water such that the besan powder will neatly stick to bendi slices. Now in a pan add oil required for a deep fry. Put each bendi piece and fry it in a medium flame.
Fry it till its crispy...
