This is a lovely breakfast item to prepare instantly. Whenever you dont have any other batter ready, or some guests comes to your home, you can just remind this instant and tasty dosa dish.
Ingredients:
Suji Ravva / Bombay Ravva - 1 cup
Rice Flour / Biyyam pindi - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Green Chillis - 3
Ginger - Few pieces Peeled and chopped
cashewnuts - 10
salt - required
You can also add -
Grated Carrot - 2 tbsp
Onion - Chopped into small pieces
Curds
Batter Preparation:
In a bowl pour Suji Ravva, Rice Ravva, Maida, cumin seeds, salt. Add water to this mixture and mix evenly without any lumps. Add finely chopped green chillies and ginger to this batter. The batter should be very thin.
Your Instant batter is ready... Start Preaparing dosa ...
We prepare normal dosa by pouring batter in the middle of the tawa and rubbing on it smoothly to get a round shape. But, for Ravva dosa you should pour the batter at the edges first and come to the middle portion. Dosa should be thin.
